Yes, insurance is mandatory. You have two options:
- Opt for our $1 Tenant Protection Plan, an affordable and convenient choice.
- Use your own renters insurance by providing your insurance company’s name and policy information during the rental process.
- Access Hours: 6 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week.
- Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.
- Download the Nokē Storage Smart Entry App:
- After completing your rental, you’ll receive a text message with a link to download the app and a 6-digit PIN.
- Alternatively, search for “Storage Smart Entry” in your app store.
- Log In:
- Use your phone number as the username and the provided PIN as your temporary password.
- Create a new password when prompted.
